Knife Sharpening explained

Our Process for sharpening is consistent and we follow the same process every time.

1. Knives get inspected in the following manner:

· Initial cut test.

· Check for broken Tip.

· Check blade for Nicks.
· Check for Bolster.

2. Start the sharpening/ repair process and correct all the above items per the assessment:

· Clean blades, check blade edge and angle.
· Sharpen & Polish blades.
· Inspect blades.
· Finish cleaning.
· Cut test.
· Return to business, or customer pickup.
